1. Introduction

Welcome to Caldoria, a specialized retreat at caldoriaplus.tech dedicated to providing restorative experiences for retired individuals. By accessing our site and using our services, you agree to comply with this agreement.

2. Use of Services

Our services include guided wellness sessions, personalized care plans, and on-site amenities provided at our location 290 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 3L9, Canada. Access is limited to patrons aged 60 and over or those with qualifying documentation.

3. Services

Booking any of our on-site sessions or packages constitutes acceptance of this agreement. Availability is subject to scheduling and prior arrangements.

4. Information Products

We offer digital guides and wellness plans designed for home practice. These info products are delivered via download and secured by individual user credentials.

5. Physical Products

Our on-site retail items, including therapeutic supplies, are sold for use at the retreat or for home care. Shipping options are outlined during checkout.

6. Refund Policy

Services

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund via the original payment method within 10 business days. Cancellations made 3–6 days in advance receive a 50% reimbursement. Services canceled less than 3 days prior are non-refundable due to resource allocation. You may request a transfer of your booking to a future date, subject to availability, by contacting our team.

Information Products

Digital items may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if they remain unused and no download has occurred. To request a refund, contact us with your order details, and we will process your reimbursement within 5 business days.

Physical Products

Items sent back must be unused and in original packaging. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, any refund or exchange will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. No-Refund Services

Certain premium packages, such as single-use spa treatments and exclusive events, do not allow any reimbursement due to fixed resource commitments. This policy is communicated at the time of booking.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to adjust these terms at any time. Continued use of services following changes constitutes acceptance.
